Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days due to factors beyond our control, including:

Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier or logistics delays
Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MuskanJewelPack is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, they are only estimates and are not guaranteed. MuskanJewelPack is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
