Return & Refund Policy

At MuskanJewelPack, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
You receive the wrong item.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories (if applicable).

2. Proof of Damage or Defect

To help us process your request quickly, we strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing:

The sealed package before opening.
The complete unboxing process.
The defect, damage, or incorrect item.

If an unboxing video is unavailable, we may request clear photographs or other reasonable evidence to verify the issue. MuskanJewelPack reserves the right to reject claims that cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
The product has been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or is not in its original condition.
The claim cannot be reasonably verified.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number and supporting evidence.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
